Nothing tells the story of a place and its culture like a spirit. Each spirit speaks through the botanical characters indigenous to each location. The founders behind Perfume Trees Gin wanted to create a spirit for Hong Kong; a spirit that whispers stories of our uniquely dynamic, vibrant, and beautiful city. And so, from this inspiration, Perfume Trees Gin was born. It has always been our dream to capture the essence of Hong Kong. When Joseph and Kit set out to create Hong Kong's very first gin, they were on a mission to capture the division and fusion of the city's clashing cultures. We work closely with local farmers and suppliers to understand Hong Kong's terroir. By selecting aromatic, evocative botanicals, our gin captures the heart and soul of Hong Kong and transports the drinker to the city's vibrant streets.
