Sipsmith Sloe Gin is made by macerating frozen, freshly picked sloe berries in gin. The result is inimitable: silky smooth, cassis, ripe winter fruit, and, of course, the dominant sloe berries. Sipsmith Sloe Gin is only available in winter.
Taste & Aroma : The nose offers berries with winter fruit and almond. The palate reveals a strong blackcurrant flavor with subtle hints of cherry. A velvety finish of balanced sweetness from the berries and sugars completes this cozy gin.
