Description
Nineteen-year-old Louis Gillemon from Bruges created his own gin, Gillemore gin, in November 2014. The beverage student at the Ter Duinen hotel school in Koksijde is capitalizing on the hype surrounding this drink.
A small round serving table with a sleek gin bottle on it, a round glass with ice cubes and an orange peel flower, a measuring cup and a blue tonic: apparently, that's all it takes to sell Gillemore gin.
Gillemore gin is a delicious, spicy gin made with exotic fruits. While Gillemore gin does have a slight bitterness, the exotic fruits soften this. This flavor palette makes Gillemore gin a very pleasant and accessible gin for everyone.
Ingredients: coriander, juniper berries, orange peel, cardamom, lemon zest, tailed pepper, cinnamon, paradise seed, iris root, angelica root and other exotic fruits
