Description
David gin is a striking Italian premium gin presented in a glass head as a tribute to the Renaissance. David is one of the most famous sculptures in art history, created by Michelangelo Buonarroti.
The statue of David was an icon during the High Renaissance in Florence and is housed in the Galleria dell'Accademia. The statue depicts a biblical figure with a loaded sling, poised to attack Goliath.
David Gin is made from grape distillate with Tuscan spring water that is very well filtered thanks to a unique process.
The botanicals and wine alcohol are distilled separately and combined in a single filter. Unlike many other distillates, the filtration is not done using charcoal or other fossil fuels, but with white Carrara marble. This ensures a very pure end result and a beautiful sheen.
The result is a unique gin, both in taste and appearance.
Ingredients: juniper berries, orange, bergamot, green anise, coriander, cinnamon, grapefruit, lime, vanilla and some other fine ingredients
Taste & aroma: soft citrus flavour
Garnish: orange zest or a slice of lime
Tonic: neutral tonic such as Fever-Tree Mediterranean
