La Petite Merveille was inspired by the beauty and purity of the Ardennes. Soft flavors of pine blossom and local herbs are the foundation of this unique gin. Experience a unique walk through the stunning natural surroundings and rediscover the true spirit of "Gin des Ardennes". Commissioned by Marc Coucke, this gin was created by Vincent Parisis (Mixologist, Double Gold Winner of the San Francisco Spirits Contest). La Petite Merveille also pays tribute to the project of the same name in Durbuy by Bart Maerten and Marc Coucke.
Ingredients: Juniper berry , Pine blossom, Resin, Angelica root, Caraway seed
Taste & aroma: Soft flavours of pine blossom and local herbs are the basis of this unique gin
Garnish: juniper berries and a burnt pine branch (note: do not eat the pine branch)
Custom tonic: Fever-Tree Mediterranean
