Since 2016, we've taken on the challenge of bottling Liège. Our gin has all the hallmarks of a true Liège gin: smooth, warm-hearted, convivial, and full of character.
For the history: gin is an alcohol made from "péket", alcohol made from juniper berries, a symbol of our Liège folklore.
We decided to make it a contemporary recipe by giving it a modern touch and an aromatic freshness.
After many attempts, blends, discoveries, a lot of patience, and above all, many tasting sessions with friends, we have found a subtle balance of aromas and spices with which we present it to you: «LIÈGIN»!
Our warm-hearted gin now comes in several varieties. Each one is the result of a quest for the perfect blend between the taste preferences of our sophisticated consumers and the utmost respect for Liège craftsmanship.
This gives us an original and unique gin that is most appreciated by the people of Liège.
