Pampero Light dry Blanco 37.5° 1L

There's more to Pampero Blanco than meets the eye with this white rum. A good white rum should be fresh, pure, easy to mix, and simple to drink. Blanco offers all of these qualities, but it's also an aged rum, made from a blend of traditional white rums aged up to four years. Some of these rums are aged in traditional copper stills like those used in Scotch whiskies, rather than the column stills typically used for white rum. Maturation in old Scottish oak casks lends Pampero Blanco its fruity notes and golden color. Charcoal filtration results in a white rum. Light and creamy, with notes of blackcurrant, cotton candy, green apple, banana, toffee, and vanilla on the palate. Pampero Blanco is best enjoyed with plenty of ice and a long drink with cola and a lime wedge.
