The combination of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon makes it a typical Bordeaux wine. Deliciously robust with notes of vanilla and a hint of cinnamon, but also a fruity bouquet of blackcurrants and raspberries. The grapes are completely destemmed for vinification.
