Gilliam's Gin 41° 50 Cl

GILLIAM'S Gin originated in Outrijve, a village in the southernmost tip of West Flanders.
It is a craft gin that owes its name to the designer's two sons: Gilles and Liam.

Thomas Wittouck, the West Flemish entrepreneur, processes the apples himself and delivers them personally to the distiller. This ensures consistent quality and a top-quality distillate. 23 kg of apples are processed to produce 100 liters of gin.

The Golden Apple is a unique distillate from the Belgica and Japanese Fugi apple, enriched with a Spanish and oriental touch.
In short: a trendsetting and innovative gin, in a pure bottle!

Ingredients: juniper berry, iris root, angelica root, sweet orange zest, coriander and cardamom

Taste : A very accessible and perfectly balanced gin with a refreshing apple flavour.

Garnish: 2 apple slices, some juniper berries and a pepper mill twist

Tonic: Thomas Henry or Fever-Tree Tonic or Fever-Tree Mediterranean

Gilliam's Gin was voted best Belgian gin in the contemporary category at the World Gin Awards 2017.
